You don't need to be a runner to take your place in the fun! Here are just some of the areas where we can use your help:

• Be a helper at the finish line
• Direct 5K and 10K runners
• Make and posting signs along the run route
• Make coffee
• Offer encouragement to runners along the way
• Help out with Runner Packet pick-up
• Pick up doughnuts for fellow volunteers
• Pick up runner nutrition at local grocers
• Provide traffic control
• Provide water station support
